Vintage Locket - Astrantia 04 (9CT. Gold)
This strikingly beautiful large 9CT. Gold (marked 9CT. BK & FT) vintage locket encases a traditionally slow-pressed astrantia flower, organically grown in my Worcestershire garden. Complete with a 50cm vintage Italian gold plated sterling silver chain. The locket is finished in a presentation box, and contains a pretty little scroll of handmade paper detailing information about the symbolism behind the flowers.
The locket is approximately 4cm in length and features the most exquisite pattern.
Astrantia flowers symbolise protection, strength and courage - it feels extra special that this flower resembles wings.

As with most jewellery, your locket will need regular polishing to keep it looking shiny. Please make sure the inside doesn’t get wet as this is likely to damage the delicate flowers.
