New for 2027, I’m teaming up with the wonderful Katie Fisher, expert perfumer and founder of harvest, to offer a beautiful and immersive day exploring plants through pressed flowers and botanical scents.

The day will begin with a brief introduction to traditional flower pressing and a demonstration to show you how to press flowers to achieve stunning shapes and forms. You’ll then spend time using my pre-pressed flowers and gorgeous textured papers to mindfully create your own greetings cards, under my gentle guidance to help you with the selection of flowers and the design of your creations.

We’ll then gather around the table to enjoy a seasonal lunch, providing time for conversation with like-minded people who share a love of flowers and making by hand.

In the afternoon, Katie will take you on a journey into the magical world of fragrance, exploring oils and botanical materials and how they come together to create a scent. You’ll develop your own perfume blend and use it to scent a decoration for your home, adorning it with a pressed flower to create a perfect keepsake of your day.

You’ll leave the day feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with a new-found wonder for botanicals - you’ll see plants in new ways, excited to further explore the possibilities they hold. You’ll take home your handmade pressed flower cards, your personally blended botanical decoration, and a curated gift bag.
