Vintage Book - All About Gardening (1939)
This beautiful vintage book, ‘All About Gardening’, was written by J. Coutts and published by Ward, Lock & Co, and dates back to 1939. Coutts was the curator of the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew. The book has some discolouration to the pages. Full of delightful photography and some gorgeous colour pages, the book provides a detailed snapshot into gardening from a very well respected gardener of the era. There’s also a charming inscription in the front of the book, and a newspaper cutting from 1946 nestled within the pages for extra vintage loveliness!
